Scrapshare retreat

I had the best weekend at a scrapbooking retreat in Jackson NH...yes, it's the same one I went to last year. Got quite a few layouts done, as well as a book for my upcoming trip to Mexico in the spring! Thinking ahead...something new for me. I'll try to upload some pictures soon of my weekend...great folliage, nice weather and good friends...what more could a girl want?

First day of School Part 1

Today my daughter had her first day of high school...Yupp she's a freshman. The summer, in spite of the rain has flown by. Part 2- My son's first day starts tomorrow...

So, I've heard one set of first day impressions and events and can't wait for tomorrows. Here's to hoping they both have a fun and successful year!

OK...Inky Paws site has a challenge that I want to take part in...so here is my card
I created this using Cardstock and Glitter paper from DCWV (purple and yellow) and white daisy cardstock from Close to My Heart. The stamp set is Nursery Bash from Close to My Heart. I colored with Copic markers: Y38, E07, E08, V17
